Where you once could run one project you now feel you can run ten; where you once maintained one product you now want to cover every market; scarce resources once made you give up naturally, now AI makes every desire look executable

To keep filling a vessel is worse than stopping; sharpen a blade too keenly and it won't keep its edge

AI lowered the cost of execution but didn't add to a person's attention, judgment, or capacity to bear consequences; tools widened the boundary of capability, and people easily assume desire should widen in step

Don't assume "should do" just because you "can do"; cap projects, products, and personal commitments; for each direction added, name what's given up; regularly check whether AI is solving a problem or finding an outlet for anxiety

AI writes faster than me, codes more than me, draws prettier than me, analyzes more thoroughly than me; if a person's worth comes only from work output, then the stronger AI gets, the easier the identity crisis

Fame or self — which is dearer? Self or wealth — which is greater? Gain or loss — which is the affliction?

We've bound title, income, capability, and output too tightly to "who I am"; when those abilities get replaced by machines, people feel they've lost not just a job but their own worth

Distinguish a person's existential value from their tool value; don't treat job performance as your whole identity; develop relationships, aesthetics, responsibility, bodily experience, and real commitment; redefine which values shouldn't be measured by efficiency alone

Voice can be fixed, faces can be fixed, résumés polished, every article made complete and smooth; in the end everyone's expression grows more "correct" yet more like the same person

Great completeness seems flawed, yet its use never fails; great skill seems clumsy, great eloquence seems halting

Truly mature things often still keep a gap; a flaw isn't always incompetence — sometimes it's exactly the trace left by life and individual difference

Don't erase every pause and quirk; keep the roughness of personal experience; don't let AI rewrite your voice into a standardized "good copy"; allow a finished work to keep a little imperfection

See someone start a company and you feel you should too; see someone build a personal brand and you feel you should too; see a new model, device, or product and you feel the urge to own it instantly; desire increasingly feels pushed to you by the algorithm

See the plain and embrace the simple, lessen the self and curb desire; do not display the desirable, and the people's hearts stay unconfused

Many desires don't grow naturally from within — they're manufactured continuously through display, ranking, and comparison

Distinguish inner need from comparative desire; reduce constant exposure to "what others have"; before deciding, ask "if no one knew about this, would I still want it"; keep a part of life not used for display or monetization
